  • Litigated commercial and other cases before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, NYS Supreme Court, NYS Departments of Finance and Labor and in Magistrates Court, Hamilton, Bermuda
  • Specialized in copyright, trademark, unfair competition, employment law, contract negotiation and drafting, and matrimonial law and family practice in both contested and uncontested proceedings involving divorce, separation, and guardianship
  • Served as general counsel to the Forest Hills Gardens, Inc., Forest Hills, NY, outside counsel to the Guardian Life Insurance Company, New York, NY, White Glove Placement Inc., Brooklyn, NY, Von Mieghan Foundation of Brussels, Belgium, 465 W 57th Street Owner’s Corporation and numerous printing companies such as Jalor Color Graphics, Inc., New York, NY
  • Taught as adjunct professor at Pratt Institute New York, NY and Monroe College, Bronx, NY and lectured at New York City High Schools on legal topics
  • Authored Legal Facts of Life, treatise on law for the layman published by E.P. Dutton, 1986; Representing the Residential Real Estate Client (1987), Prentice Hall Publishing; and numerous articles for New York Law Journal and other publications
  • Holds membership in the Law and Literature and Educational Committees of New York County Lawyers Association
